Gift Card - FAQs

  • Our digital gift card is worth £550 and is intended to go towards our Virtual Garden Design Package.

  • The gift card is delivered digitally by email. You can choose to have it sent to yourself so that you can forward it to the recipient or print it out as a gift.

  • Yes, the checkout offers a personal message option which you can include when purchasing.

Gift Card - T&Cs

1. Gift Card Value

Tipping Studio digital gift cards are issued with a value of £550.

2. Intended Use

Gift cards are intended to be used towards our Virtual Garden Design Package. They may also be redeemed against other eligible products and services available through the Tipping Studio online store.

Gift cards cannot currently be redeemed directly through our Acuity booking system.

3. Delivery

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email through our website's payment and gift card system. The purchaser is responsible for forwarding the gift card to the intended recipient if they have selected delivery to themselves.

4. Validity

Tipping Studio gift cards do not expire.

5. Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed by entering the unique gift card code at checkout on the Tipping Studio website.

The code should be kept secure and treated like cash. Tipping Studio cannot be responsible for unauthorised use of a gift card where the code has been shared or disclosed.

6. Remaining Balance and Additional Payments

If the value of a purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay available for future eligible purchases.

If a purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Gift cards cannot be topped up.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Gift card purchases are subject to applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including any applicable cancellation rights for online purchases.

Where a refund is due, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the functionality of the gift card system.

8. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

If a gift card email or code is lost, please contact Tipping Studio. We may be able to help locate the original purchase and check the remaining balance.

9. Changes to Services

If a service changes or is no longer available, please contact Tipping Studio to discuss suitable alternatives.

10. Business Changes

If Tipping Studio ceases trading or is unable to provide its services, the ability to redeem outstanding gift cards may be affected. Any claims will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances at the time.

11. Cash Alternative

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
